HI, I have a Peugeot 206 (look) and my horn is in the middle of the steering wheel.
in the fuse box in engine bay beside battery on the under side of fuses,its soldered in to the printed board
Horn button likely to have problem inside-whenever grounded circuit is complete and horn blows. If spring wore out or wire is loose or something it can stay grounded

Peugeot horns can go off without the driver's intent. Normally this happens when the driver has huge knockers which accidentally push the horn.
if you open the bonnet it is at the top left hand side of the car. It is like a tray you pull out, very simple. This is for a peugeot 206 1.4 99plate

I have a 206 cc and my horn stopped working it was a broken wire at the plug just under the front grill u can try and fix it ur self but if it is that u will need peugeot to wire a new plug close to £100 sorry can help on the air bag
The horn assembly is behind the front bumper. The horn push is in the centre of the steering wheel towards the bottom spoke. If the horn is not working or intermittent it is most likely to be the mechanical connection behind the wheel centre; a known fault. The airbag has to be removed to get to it. So unless you have a good manual and understand the process involved, it is best taken to a garage.
