The fuel pressure regulator is located under the upper intake manifold and is attached to the injection "spider". The upper intake manifold must be removed to gain access to the regulator.
fuel pump may not have enough pressure to open popit valve in the injector.
your fuel pressure regulator is leaking in your intake manifold, $100 touch for a new regulator, and a few hours of your time to fix.
This fuel pressure regulator is a component part of the SFI (sequential fuel injection) assembly, sometimes referred to as "spider". It resides inside of the air intake plenum and is accessed by removing the upper half of the intake.
