I believe you mean ICP Injector control Pressure sensor. If so its located behind the turbo charger next to the IPR sensor You can access the sensor by removing the rear heat shield from under the vehicle. Once removed you can see the sensor and connector. Heat shield is held on with one 13mm bolt and two 10mm bolts. ICP sensors were known to leak oil and Ford recommends replacing the pig-tail harness also. Ford reliazed this and moved the sensor to the right valve cover in 2004.
Diesels do not use oxygen sensors
its under the water pump
If it is a turbo, it is located behind and below the turbo, you will have to remove a heat shield, 8mm bolts and the sensor is a 22mm deepwell, you may need to replace the wiring harness pigtail depending on how much oil has bled back through it..Easiest access is put up on jacks and go from underneath.

The O2 sensor on a 1988 F250 is not near the engine. Go to the exhaust manifold and down the length. It is near the catalytic converter.

It is integral with the injector pump on the LH side of the motor
rear valley of the engine under the turbos. must remove the cab to get to it.
On the drivers side inner fender
What position is the crank sensor on a f250 ford pickup
to tell what injector is bad when engine is running slowly open the injector line to each injector if the engine stutters then the injector is good if it has no difference then it most likely is bad i had a injector that stayed open completely and you could hear a popping noise because it was pushing air back into the system!! good luck!
