They didn't make 1997 Mark Vii's? Maybe your talking about a mark Viii? To add to this question.... The Mark VII and Mark VIII are equipped with different engines. Mark VII came with Ford 5.0 H.O. V8 and a 2.3l Turbo Diesel in the earlier models. Mark VIII came with the 4.6l V8
Best bet is E-Bay
It is in the fuel tank.
located in the gas tank
i presume you are refering to the inertia fuel cutoff switch. it is located next to the air ride cutoff swithch in the trunk
car may turn over but not start; fuel gauge might be off; car will run ragged with little power
sounds like a bad water pump to me
age
In the trunk on the left side behind a panel in the lining
in the gas tank
You can change the pump BUT ford only wants to sell the whole in tank assembly about 300 bucks ,if you get the pump for an excursion it will plug right in and costs only 110 bucks it flows 10 pounds less but it pumps higher pressure it work very well
the fuel pump is inside the gas tank
