the fuel pump location is located inside of the fuel tank. to replace pump remove the four mounting bolts on the corners of the tank, put a floor jack under tank before removing bolts. take the snap ring out of the nozzle filler neck then lower jack. turn the small 12mm fuel supply fitting a half turn to release any fuel pressure. remove fitting fully, then you can slide tank out after unplugging wires. this is a medium difficulty level job. remember to have a approved fire extinguisher near by, you never know.
