San Juan hill was where the rough riders led my Teddy Roosevelt and his crew were at was they were fighting the span-yards for Cuban freedom i am not sure what exactly happened there but if someone can inform that would be great

∙ 13y agoThe battle was fought on two hills (named by the Americans San Juan Hill and Kettle Hill) which are near the city of Santiago de Cuba in Cuba. On July 1, 1898, units including Theodore Roosevelt and the Rough Riders charged the Spanish position on the San Juan Heights and won the battle.
