Check on E-Bay. I have often seen new and used convertible top motors for sunbirds of our generation
I have a 1990 Pontiac LeMans with a 1.6 Daewoo motor. The firing order is 1-2-4-3
10w30 motor oil should work nice
The wiper motor should be located on the driver side under the cowl grill below the wiper blade good luck
In the trunk of the car find the wires and unplug them. Take a wire known to be hot and touch the wire. One is for up and one is for down. If they work then the relay is bad. If it still doesn't work it is the motor itself.
Buy a Haynes manual from an auto parts store or go to your local library, look in the Reference Section for a Chilton's manual. Hope this helps.
repost way way to vague give exsplanation as to what its doing wrong
I have changed out the heater/AC Fan motor on a 1994 Pontiac Tran Sport if the 1991 is the same the motor is located on the firewall behind the engine. It's not hard to change out if you have a long extension for your socket wrench, there are four or five small bolts holding it to the firewall, and just two wires going to it, if yours doesn't have a disconnect you may have to cut the wires and then wire nut them to the new motor. Hope this helps.

Unlatch the latches at the top of the window, then press the convertible top button down. this button is located near the armrest.
