enter the cheat boolProp testingcheatsEnabled true in the cheat code bar(ctrl shift c) and push shift left click on a sim and press spawn and click on the tombstone of L and D and click on it and it should say speed up my pregnancy and if it doesnt than your not pregnat. To speed up your baby's age you need to do the same except you need to click spawn and click more and click sim modder and a baby should pop up and click on the baby and it should say AGE baby and click on it and it should say your baby's name.
