Yes you may.
Fragrance is not something we eat, therefore while fasting, it is perfectly all right to bask in fragrance you like.
Well from my personal experience of the fragrance it smells like very nice flowery smell, I can't really explain it but if you go to the frangrance's website you can check out the scent there. OR maybe visit any perfume store that may have it and test it yourself. I absolutely love it so maybe see if you like it and buy it! The price is getting pretty cheap now and so worth it! The perfume consists of fragrance mixed with alcohol or other solvents. When it evaporates, molecules of the fragrance enter the air. When you inhale, the scent receptor cells in your nose detect the chemical compound, which your brain then classifies by type and intensity. There are smells that are instinctively pleasant (as with pheromones) and some that are intellectually associated (fruit, baked cookies). With perfume, the association could be either, as individuals may react differently to the same smell.

Fragrance is a feminine French word. Fragrance may be seen as pedantic, and most French would use 'parfum' (masc.) or 'odeur' (fem.) instead.
Fragrance is a subjective thing. What you pick up I may never even notice, or I may think it smells horrible. With so many varieties of daffodils, there is a wide range of fragrances from the "punch you in the face" perfume of the Paperwhite to no scent at all. You might say that daffodils generally have the smell of "spring", and if you grew up with daffodils in a home garden, you have an idea of what that means. The fragrance of a carnation is more of a cool summer scent, in my opinion. But one better than the other? Only your nose can tell you for sure.

Deodorants primarily work by disguising odor with fragrance. They contain chemicals that neutralize or mask the unpleasant smell produced by sweat. Antiperspirants, on the other hand, work by reducing sweat production and may also have antibacterial properties to decrease bacterial growth, which can contribute to odor.
Havana Weed Oil is not a legitimate fragrance product and does not exist in the mainstream perfume market. It is likely a slang term referring to some type of infused or scented oil. If you are looking for a similar fragrance, you may want to explore perfumes with tobacco or cannabis notes from reputable fragrance brands.
It can be due to poor hygiene, a medical condition, or unwashed clothing. Those things, in turn, may be due to poverty or homelessness.
It is not uncommon for people and companies to use "fragrance" oils in lotions as they are generally less expensive, however, "fragrance" oils often contain chemicals that may or may not be beneficial to the user. When creating and blending your own lotions, be they for health reasons or beauty reasons; it is best, and safest to use essential oils.
