I don't believe this is possible, as the Super Smash Bros. disks and cartridges are specifically designed to be played on the Nintendo 64, Nintendo Gamecube, and Nintendo Wii.
No, the Super Smash Bros. series is exclusive to Nintendo consoles. Super Smash Bros. was originally released on the Nintendo 64 in 1999, followed by Super Smash Bros Melee in 2001 for the Gamecube, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl on the Wii in 2008.

Super Smash Bros (the ORIGNAL) is a Nintendo 64 game. So I'd say you need a Nintendo 64 emulator to play it. However, it is also avilible on the Wii Virtual Console too.
