Close to five inches per year.
Some areas of greater Mexico City sink by a few inches each year. This is due to water-table depletion (Mexico City stands on the remains of Lake Texcoco).
Funny guy. Mexico City is surrounded by hills and mountains on both sides.
Capital city.
Mexico has 31 states and one federal district (akin to Washington DC). Each is subdivided into municipalities (akin to counties, and can be translated to cities) or Mexico City boroughs; nowadays there are 2440 municipalities and 16 Mexico City boroughs.
From 1990 to 2000 - where last population census were held - net migration into Mexico City was of about 369,495 people. This figure means that roughly some 102 people migrated into Mexico City each day over that period of time.
Seattle receives an average of around 38 inches of rain per year. This contributes to its reputation for being a rainy city.
North America is a continent consisting of 23 countries, so it does not have a single capital. Some of the major cities in North America include Washington D.C. in the United States, Ottawa in Canada, and Mexico City in Mexico, but each country has its own capital city.
They are 3390.1 kilometers apart from each other. It covers the southern part of the USA to reach any of the area. Mexico city is a very beautiful city which covers some of the most beautiful places.
people get together in the main plaza of the city (every city has one) and the governor (for capitals) mayors (for each city) and the president (for Mexico city) say some words and do "the calling" (el grito) wich is just saying "viva Mexico" (live Mexico). The reason they do that is because that is the way the Mexican independence war started in 1810. after they ring a huge bell on the plaza and there are fireworks and stuff
Yes. Both are neighborhoods a bit less than 6.3 Km (3.9 miles) apart from each other.
No from what is heard. Mexico City wakes up to a cloud of smog each morning, and depends on cars and buses to commute. This is just Mexico City, however; Cozumel and Cancun are both pleasant and have nice air quality (though probably because tourists are expected there.)
I don't know look it up on Google
