YES! Sometime it can, but I'm not sure it dose it as much as it use to. A few years farmers were giving there cow hormones as a result of getting milk faster. and there were parents complaining about their little girl developing too fast. So I guess it still kinda dose and something else to try if you are wanting to make your breasts bigger is wheat bread.

If this has to do with breast feeding, I believe that as you disburse more milk through feedings or breast pumping that there will become more milk available, which might enlarge breasts. However, I don't believe that there is any evidence that drinking milk will induce larger breasts.

To give a simplistic answer to a simplistic question. When any food is eaten, the body breaks it down into its basic components of proteins fats and sugars. From these building blocks, it is used by your body to full fill the various needs of the body in producing replacement cells, providing energy, and in the case of lactating women, making breast milk. In short, drinking cows milk does not particularly help in producing breast milk. The best way for a mother to make milk for her child is to eat a healthy balanced diet heavy in vegetables and fruit.
