Depends what you mean by saying "T Flash Sim Card".
There are 2 slots for Sim Card which means you can have 2 phone numbers at the same time. When you dial a number , phone gives you an option to chose with which number you want to make a call(Sim1 or Sim2).
KA08 also has one slot for T-Flash(or MicroSD) next to Sim card slots,usually under battery.I believe that KA08 supports UP TO 8GB T-Flash...don't buy something bigger than that.

It is not required to have 2 Sim cards...one will work fine.
It is not required to have T-Flash...phone has built in memory which is enough to save phone numbers on address list,few games and ring-tones .
It is not clear exactly how big is built in memory but you can buy T-Flash cards for pretty good prices like $11 for 4GB card+usb reader.
