A drastic change in weight can cause a missed period due to the hormones that are stored in fat being released into your body during that weightloss. 2. Stress can cause a missed period. 3. Have you run a blood test to be sure that you are not pregnant? My family does not test positive for pregnancy through urine tests. We have to go to the doctor's office and have blood tests ran to determine if we are. This is not uncommon for women, and may be the case for you too!
