There is not really such a thing as a mirror image of DNA in nature. DNA polymerase may be the "molecule" that you are thinking of, it is an enzyme that replicates DNA. When the polymerase makes a new strand of DNA, it uses an existing strand of DNA as a template. The new strand of DNA is not in fact a mirror image of the template strand, but it is the closest thing possible. The new strand is called a complementary strand, not a mirror image.
Existing DNA (template for polymerase): ATC TGA CCG GAC TAG GGT
New strand (made by polymerase): TAG ACT GGC CTG ATC CCA
Alternatively, by mirror image of DNA you may be thinking of RNA, a ribonucleotide that is made by RNA polymerase. The process is similar to that described above, but the new complementary strand is made out of ribonucleic acid rather than deoxyribonucleic acid.
DNA-dependent DNA polymerase, RNA primase, helicase, ligase, stable single-stranded DNA, SSB enzymes, RNAse-h
That depends; it prophase it would be DNA, in normal cell functions it would be RNA
DNA polymerase. A protein enzyme with catalytic qualities.
chromosomes
Chromosomes are found in the nucleus of a cell and the function of chromosomes is to hold the genes (made form DNA) and to replicate the genes when a cell divides.
mitosis
Plasmids
g1
The three biological molecules in the cell that DNA must be separated from are the cell membrane, lipids, and enzymes. The DNA is found in the nucleus of the cell.
Cells do not replicate "In DNA". Cells replicate their DNA during the process of cell division.
The function of DNA is in HeridityThe genetic information store in the nucleotide sequence of DNA serves two purposes-1. It is the source of i for the synthesis of all protein molecules of the cell & organism2. it provides the information inherited by daughter cells or offspring. To store a cell's genetic information, and to replicate and pass on genetic information to offspring.
Chromosomes are found in the nucleus of a cell and the function of chromosomes is to hold the genes (made form DNA) and to replicate the genes when a cell divides.
The DNA only needs to replicate if the cell is going to divide. In a dividing cell the DNA must replicate in order to provide a complete copy of the genome to each new cell.
In the cell nucleus
mitosis
DNA is the genetic "instructions" for how the cell should replicate. It also controls the behavior of the cell.
DNA
A virus replicates its DNA in a cell when it infects the host
cells must copy their DNA to replicate
DNA replication takes place in the chromosome which is located in the nucleus of a cell.
