In my opinion...for what its worth..problems lie in 3 areas....
1 Population....there is just far too many of us and we are not slowing down in reproducing which leads to the next problem...
2 Food & Water....being able to produce enough food and provide adequate clean water for the burgeoning world population is going to get more and more difficult.
3 Energy... Providing the energy to drive a perpetual growth society on a finite planet is not do-able...sources are dwindling although demand is growing exponentially...big need for a re-think but humanity is driven by profit so will only do things when forced to out of necessity...hopefully it will not be too little too late!
Our potential as a race was and is huge but unfortunately Materialism has become the Aim of life..to the detriment of a much more enlightened society.
the main and biggest problem the mankind is facing today is pollution and overpopulation

Additionally, misinformation and distrust in institutions exacerbate these divisions, making it difficult for citizens to engage constructively in the democratic process. Addressing this polarization is essential for fostering a more unified and functional society.
