There are many reasons why she could be losing weight and having diarrhea. Take her into your local Veterinarian to have her checked and also bring in a sample of her feces for the Vet to check for parasites too.
Be sure you are feeding her a good quality of dry cat food and not some cheap generic brand. Is she up to date on her vaccinations? The nursing kittens will take a lot out of her so that is why she should be on a very good quality dry Kitten food while nursing, then switch her back to regular adult cat dry food after finished nursing the kittens. You need to find out for sure what the problem is first.
The only answer is to take her into your Veterinarian and have her checked out.
