PAIN UNDER RIB CAGE UPPER LEFT SIDE WITH SPASMS. VERY PAINFUL HARD TO GET UP AFTER LAYING down.
These are generally called 'ticks' and caused by nerve endings. Generally when the muscle area in the neck is stressed this can cause ticks on the side of the head or even eye problems (eye strain) can cause this. Rub your shoulders with A535 and it should go away. If it continues see an eye specialist.
What could be causing neck pain on left side could be generally one of a couple things. One would be muscle spasms and the other could be nerve pain from tight muscles or a pinched nerve.
The entire spleen is in the left side of abdomen so also the left kidney with the suprarenals, the left fallopian tube and the left ovary in the female. The pancreas and most of the stomach is on the left side of the abdomen. The descending colon is on the left side too.
It lies on the left side of the abdomen, while the liver lies on the other side (right side) of the abdomen.
Upper left abdomen
You have the sheet of muscles that protects the abdomen. They are there in front of the abdominal cavity, in the side and the back side also. The six pack muscle, called as rectus abdominis, is the prominent example of the abdominal muscle in the front. Then you have the the external oblique, internal oblique and the transversus abdominis muscles. They are there in the side of the abdomen. You have the sheet like aponeurosis of these muscles in the front of the abdomen. The position of the rectus abdominis, in relation of the aponeurosis of the above muscles, is very interesting.
No, left side.
Why my left side of abdomen is turning into blue? I dont have any pain ! Could it be a clot? Your prompt reply is highly appreciated. Thanks

The left side of the heart has larger muscle.
On the back side, you have quadratus lumborum. Then you have external oblique, internal oblique and transverse abdominis muscles. Then you have that six pack muscle, called as rectus abdominis, in the center of the abdomen.
