The percent depends on your body. If you want to find out, there are tests that can be done.

The percent of total body mass that is muscle tissue depends greatly on age, gender, and physical condition.

Estimates for young children are in the range of 30%, rising to 45% for male recreational athletes, and declining to below 15% for geriatric age people.

The actual muscle tissue percentage is not to be confused with so-called "lean mass" or better "non-fat mass" calculated by subtracting fat mass from total body mass (weight). Non-fat mass includes bone, organs, brain, etc.
