That's a Border Collie for you! lol. Chase it around the backyard for a while, take it on a light walk, let it play with other dogs. And then start basic training if you haven't already. A 10 month old BC could be taught sit, lay down, shake, "watch me", speak, bow (voice command I use is "ta-daa!") and come/here. Mentally stimulate him as well as physically. And if you're out of ideas, give it a chew toy for a while.
