My 16 year old son just found out his girlfriend is pregnant. What are his legal responsibilities as a father and what about child support since he is still in high school?

Well, he gets to enjoy paying child support until that kid is 18. Better plan on getting a job, the government will be taking a nice percentage and giving it to the kid since your baby boy isn't 18 yet himself. Other than that, he doesn't have many actual responsibilities because he's a boy. The chick gets the grunt of that. Ah, parenting at its best.
