To decode the VIN of a 1967 Buick Skylark, start with the first character, which indicates the manufacturer (B for Buick). The second character specifies the model (K for Skylark). The third character represents the body style, while the fourth and fifth characters denote the engine type. The remaining characters provide information about the production year, assembly plant, and the vehicle's unique serial number.
Try changeing the fuel filter,I had the same problem and it helped.

To replace the struts on a 1993 Buick Skylark, start by safely lifting the vehicle and removing the front wheels. Disconnect the strut assembly from the steering knuckle and the upper strut mount by removing the necessary bolts. After that, remove the old strut and replace it with a new one, ensuring all bolts are torqued to the manufacturer’s specifications. Finally, reassemble everything, replace the wheels, and lower the vehicle.
