My 2003 Chevy Malibu wont stop honking unless i take out the fuse?

This happened to me as well. There are two contacts between the air bag and where you hand hits the horn. When these are pressed a honk is produced. however, they get stuck, from what I am assuming is old age. You could buy another air bag, and that would fix the problem. However, I myself just opened up the air bag, rig the contact components, put the air bag back together, and that fixed the problem. Its been fine now for 7 months.
