The cartridge may be broke, or your dsi is broke, make sure it's not either or these else if it is, Do you have warrenty on it? You don't give enough info... Do other games work on it? if they do then your dsi is fine, it's the game that won't work... or It's a phantom... open the cartidge up and check where was the game bought? It depends on how hard you hit it, and what with. Let's do a test. Put your DSi on the floor (make sure you open it first). Hit it with your hand. It probably didn't break. Might've bent back a little, but just snap it back into position. Now, find a large metal object. Hit your DSi with that. If you did it right, your DSi should be broken! See? Isn't science fun? :) Improvement: If you want a broken DS, do what he/she says. I would not recommend it however. Lol. I once dropped my DSi and it broke. I dropped a DS lite twice and it still worked perfectly.
