i have no answer to this question but if you do please share the info and if it was helpful thanks
I have never heard of a parole attorney. Most parole boards feel inferior to an attorney being present. The best thing for your friend to do is wait for his eligibility date and go in and be honest with the PB.He has to admit guilt and show true remorse. Parole hearing is not the place to try to prove innocence. You'll just be wasting your time and theirs. To get an early parole hearing will result from the inmate's good behavior and proving he is deserving of early parole. There's no lawyer that I know of that can help. Don't waste money. The inmate will have to work it from the inside unless he knows a politician who can pull some strings. I made parole three times but it was because I worked at it from within the institution. No one on the outside could help me except offer moral support and a job.
Have you tried reading the documents you received when your received parole? The date of your completion should be in there. If you can't find the papers, contact your assigned Parole Officer. If you cannot reach them contact the state board of parole..
I suggest you get an attorney. You need to talk to your parole officer. You should know what the penalty is for violating your parole is. Your lawyer or parole officer will be able to tell you.
As long as you are not on Probation or Parole, you can have contact with whomever you wish.
If it is necessary for you to report an absconder, you may contact the local Parole Office and ask to speak to the Parole Officer of the abscondee.
can a no contact order be removed from parole restrictions
Yes. By and large any parole condition can be placed on the parolee.
Ask your boyfriend!
Yes.
I can't say if he is eligible for parole because I don't know what his sentence was. However if the cost scares you finding a Pro Bono attorney is a good option.
Certainly, however you may not be able to have contact with them while either of you are on parole. while on parole, you will likely require the permission of each of your parole officers. If both of you have the same PO, this becomes easier. Once you have been discharged from parole, no one can prevent you from having what friends you want, or having contact with them.
Talk with the parole officer handling the case.
YESAdded: They had better carefully check the conditions of their release and be sure they don't have any travel restrictions. And: They had better get prior written permission from their parole officer.
