If you have dropped it, that's why. The wiring may have gotten mixed up. If you haven't done anything, it could be faulty. If you send it back to the people who made it, they will determine if it is broken and if so, send you a new one. If its not broken, turn it on and off 3 times. If that still doesn't work, go to your nearest best buy and have the geek squad check it out! Hope I helped!

If you click on the mini ds at the bottom screen, go to the last yellow block, and try callibrating your ds!
because the ds is probably damaged like mine and i have the same problem. the inside is damaged and cant send signal to the LED screen.
You can call Nintendo Customer Service at 1-800-255-3700 and they can tell you how to fix it or to send it in to them so they can.
Turn it off and turn it on. Replace the batteries. Clean the cartridge.
if it is a dsi go to setings go to calerbrate and click on the dots . that should do.
It doesn't respond to touch, the screen is white, it wont turn on,
use the screen wiper in the dsi box
Kind of..., except the dsi XL has a Xl symbol beside of The dsi symbol on the top screen.
Only the DSi's bottom screen is a touch screen.
No, the dsi XL has a bigger screen than the dsi.
The dsi xl has every thing the dsi has but it justs has a biger screen.
The difference between the Dsi and the Dsi XL is that the XL has a bigger screen.
well......i think you dsi has broken beyond repair so you need to get a new one
A dsi wont even beat an iPod shuffle. DSI stinks.
No. Like its predecessors, only the bottom screen of the DSi is a touch screen.
yes, you can. go to "nintendo dsi browser" on the dsi title screen
Dsi stands for Dual Screen or Developers System.
