My Olympus ib program doesn't respond when I try to open it. How can I fix this?

I have tried everything uninstalled and reinstalled the program, went to the corrupted library file uninstalled both programs from windows and reinstalled it still does not work...sigh I can plug in my camera and look at the pics but then when I take it out the files disappear
