In order to connect the Nintendo dsi shop you'll need a compaible wireless access to a broadband internet connection.
Try this setup: Cable/Dsl Modem---->Wireless router---->wireless devices, desktop.
by signal, i presume your using a wireless router. if so i would try reinstalling the wireless Receiver program. .
This is because you have either not installed the driver for your network card, or, if using wireless, you have not chosen an access point to connect to.
You need to find out which adapter you have. After that, check the laptop manufacture website for appropriate drivers.

This depends on what you mean by the question. Are you having problems with the wireless radio not staying connected to the network or does it not want to connect at all to certain networks or does the computer not detect that it has a wireless radio installed or is there something else amiss? I use to have this problem all the time on my laptop. Eventually we had to switch providers. You can try making sure you are receiving a connection and then diagnose the connection. That should tell you what is wrong. Depending on what the answer is will determine what you need to fix. Try seeing if your IP address is still functioning. If you have another computer with internet access, you could probably go to your internet provider's website and get on a help chat desk to talk live with someone.
