Blown bulb.
in your WHEEL ARCH at the back of the headlight there is a little hatch, open it and you'll find your bulb. eg. if your right headlight has blown, turn your steering wheel to the left for easier access
im guessing ur fuse has most probably blown,if not then there must b a electrical fault
To change the fuse in a 2002 Holden Astra, first locate the fuse box, which is usually found under the dashboard on the driver's side or in the engine compartment. Use the fuse puller tool, often found in the fuse box, to remove the blown fuse by pulling it straight out. Replace it with a new fuse of the same amperage, ensuring it's seated properly. Finally, close the fuse box and check if the electrical component is functioning correctly.
Possibly blown head gasket. Very serious condition. Have this repaired ASAP, and stop driving the car until you do.
Yes, change both of them.

It's either the switch, a connector, wiring or the bulb(s). It's impossible to tell you which so you'll have to start a little sleuthing.
