My boyfriend has been puking and has had an extreme stomach ache so bad he has cried what can he eat any idea of what is wrong?

I would take him to the doctor if it is that bad. If you have a microwave and use it consistently, this could be the problem. By eating microwaved food, you can get radio waves in your blood stream which can cause you to get sick. We used to have a microwave, and we'd get sick every February, but now that we've converted to a toaster oven, we rarely get sick. Again, if this is still going on, and/or continues to get worse, take him to the doctor; if you can't get immediate care, take him to the emergency room.
