My brother Tom is talking on the telephone and he is talking very loudly. It is so loud that it is giving me a headache. How do I get him to stop talking so loud please help he is getting louder?

It is possible Tom is losing his hearing. People whose hearing is impaired often talk louder than is really necessary to be heard because they don't hear themselves as well as they should. Suggest Tom have his hearing checked.
