It depends on how much you will pay for the horse. The cheapest you might find would be 800 dollars, which cheaper horses aren't the best. If you would like a good one, you should be able to pay at least 2,000 to 1,500 dollars. I got my PUREBRED ARABIAN MARE in an auction for 400 dollars. Right now you can get a horse for around $20-250. If you want a horse that is not green and totally rideable at least 5k. Although at the auctions you can usually get a half desant horse for cheaper.
