I have often found myself in your shoes, trust, in last 10 years of my service I have changed 3 companies but have grown upto Assistant Manager from sales executive. It's easier said than done. There's a great strength in truth, truth prevails, tough times do not last long but truth prevails. Keep doing your job honestly, keep yourself calm, people enjoy laughing on you as long as you are getting irritated, stop thinking & talking about them, concentrate on other much more beautiful things in this world, always remember that this is not the end of our world but just a turn to take us further up. Winners last and do not loose, if you find yourself getting too much stuck and personalised with individuals, better look for a better change but forget bringing change with these people, they will be like what they are. Spend your energy on your life, once you start enjoying your own life, rest becomes a nitty gritty and un-important, slowly these mongers also feel un noticed and will look for some other person to howl on. Brave Up, When I am Planned and True then I should not fear but feel more happier and content.

What does polyanish mean?

You may mean the term pollyannaish. This is an adjective that describes a person that is overly optimistic and cheerful even in the face of disaster. The character of Pollyanna is taken from the stories of E.H. Porter (1868-1920). I recently used this term to apply to a colleauge trying to see the bright side in respect to the current economic turmoil.

How can raisins be used?

There are various ways to use raisins, but if you're creative, you'll use them the right way. My favorite way to use raisins is to put them between my toes. That area of the body often gets dry, so the juice of the raisins moistens it emensly. Now, my raisin colleauge (and my very best friend) has some different views. She enjoys making a raisin shishcabob, then diping it in bbq sauce (apperently it has an exotic-home-style flavor!). Enjoy!

Why do men divorce women. Men please give me your input. I would like to compare your answers with mine answer and ladies please be assure that I do not abuse my wife.?

I don't think I'm very typical, but if your the kind of person that BELIEVES they're marrying for true love, and then finds that only one person ACTS in love, it can be hard. WHen the whole relationship is largely dependant upon YOU having to change everything, and "grow" and yet, you still feel alienated and like things aren't fair or right. THere comes a point where a man just says, "wow.... okay, look, drown in your fem fatality and say i 'never get it', but I've tried and am sick of going crazy." Also, when she has a pet peeve with everything you do, and gets that far away look. OH! And when she has male friends that are OBVIOUSLY interested in her.... This one's tricky, because often they'll try and act like your a "over controling boyfriend", and use that as a excuse to say, "I just can't take this." So, be no dumby. First of all, you've got to be honest with yourself. There are certain kind of guys that may not worry you as much as others. Mutual friends, for instance, though they COULD prove to be sidewinders, at least give you the disposal for judgment, and the garuntee of open trust via the rules of friendship.... in other words, they give you a idea of what's going on that, if you have good friends, you can trust. Then there's the guy you don' really know, but don't usually have to worry about, HE's usually a colleauge, and frankly "not a trheat" because he's often not attractive, or at least isn't "that kind of guy...." THough he's not always a geek, he's the kind of guy who you feel safe around, and if he has a girlfriend, all the better. Then there's the OTHER kind of guy. The sad thing is, he's most guys, once your girlfriend opens that door. A decent looking "friend" who will "get" her, and laugh with her, and tease her/ Becasue he's not in a relationship with her, he is "untamed" and this is a natural turn on. He can be a cavalier or s flippant as he wants, and is not obligated, meanng that she has to try, as opposed to a post two month boyfriend, who she manages, and can dispose of because she's bored with. Remember, girls are (usually) not honest with there behavior. They generally live out there lives minipulating things and not owning ANY of there own behavior. That's why so many men say it's so good to catch a girl in a lie. If you do, you'll quickly see her re-coil and slither away as something pretty ugly, saying things about how it was "your fault." The most important thing you can do is try and not judge all girls as being the same, while realizing that most truly are. THis can be tough, but if your out to do more then seduce and destroy, you've got to keep a open heart or your out of the game.... however tepid that open heart may be. Remmber, girls make the rules and call the shots UNLESS your above the game.
