Most laptops cannot have their video card upgraded. You would have to buy a new laptop in order to play this game. When you get that error message it means your laptop is not good enough.
What you do is you select files from computer but when it says the error message you have to re-install Cyberlink youcam. Hope that helped because I had the same problem!

Unfortunately, there is no way to save unsaved video on a Panasonic SDR-H85 Camcorder if the error message wants you to turn it off and back on.

Try to update your browser. Possibly the latest version of internet explorer?
You can download a video from your JVC video camera. Use a USB cable to connect your computer and camcorder. Turn on your computer. Wait for the "new hardware detected" message to appear. If the JVC software doesn't start automatically, click the message to launch the program. Select "File", then "Open" and choose the video stored on your camera that you want to download. Choose "Download Files" to save a copy on your computer.

Beep codes are designed to inform you of an error without having to rely on an external output device. Many of the beep codes relate to video, while others may indicate errors that may result in video output being unavailable in the first place. It was more efficient to handle all post errors of this nature by using beep codes.
'No Signal' is displayed by most monitors when they are turned on but not receiving any data from the video card. This message is not in itself indicative of a particular problem. It could mean anything from the desktop not being turned on to a complete motherboard failure.
The physical memory (RAM) is not being initialized.
Usually a no signal message means that the video card is not detecting the monitor. An easy way to fix this is to download the latest drivers for your video card and it should detect the monitor.
