Presumably you're talking about a laptop. There's a setting in the BIOS of most laptops called LCD Panel Expansion. If you enable that it will make the image full screen.
If it's a desktop then you've somehow managed to change the CRT focus to a smaller area, just expand it to fill the screen again.
If it's a TFT monitor then it should have a button which can auto-center the image.
Yes, the small boxes on your PC's screen.

Yes, but if it not a widescreen TV, you will see the two black bars (letterbox) at the top and bottom of the screen.
The small picture on the computer desktop that can be clicked to invoke a command or program is called an icon. It is also referred to as a shortcut or a link.
This depends on the screen type, the screen size, and also the computer's power. For example; a low power computer may use 200watts, where a high power gaming setup might use 800watts. A screen could use as little as 5watts, if it is a small LCD screen, while a big CRT monitor might use 200watts. Your screen should tell you it's power usage, as should your computer, if you examine the power supply.

The word enlarger means to make something bigger. For example on your computer screen if you have a small window screen you click on a box to enlarge it.
