My daughter has a moveable lump marble like ball in the right side of her neck you can roll it around like a little marble It doesnt bother her but says it hurts a little when you move it around?

To be honest I'm no doctor but was a very sick child and teen. In my opinion I would say stop moving it around and take her to a doctor immediately. That can be a number of things. Goodluck and I hope everything goes well.
