My daughter is 2 she hit her forehead on there bed she has a big soft purple knot now she didnt really cry and was running around like nothing happen for about 3 to 4 hrs before she went to sleep?

My first thought was a concussion, but since she was running around, then this is not likely at all.
I would not worry about it unless she develop other problems like dizziness, blurred eyesight or vomiting.
It is normal to develop some sort of raised area of a different colour after being hit somewhere by something.
