long eared dogs, as mine, can have a yeast infection which lives deep in the ear canal. dogs' ear canals are so deep that you cannot see most infections.

If there is been any type of trauma such as a fall, or worse, it could also be brain or spianl injury. You should confer with your vet to rule out any possibilites of brain or neck injuries.

This could mean your dog has an ear infection. if you took your dog for a swim, than that's normal, but you should still seek a vet for medication. if you did not go swimming then here are a few things that could of caused this:

mites or other bugs might be nesting in your dogs ears. heres how to tell.

to find out, lift your dogs ear, if its a dangley ear, and look for soft red scabs in your dogs ears, and redness.

it can also be your pup's food. try to avoid colored dog chow like, kibbles n' bits, colored purina, or colored no name.one of the best dog foods is Pedigree. no added color or added vitamins. I use it for my four dogs and they love it! it also, helps get rid of that winter/spring coat, helps brighten up your dog's eyes, give them a REALLY shiney short coat, and keeps your pup happy and healthy. oh, another dog food to avoid is the costo type that comes in green, pink or yellow bags. it's called kirkland I think. s oeven if it's none of these things, contact your vet ASAP!

She has an ear infection or something in there. There is a ear cleaner you can buy to put drops into the ears. Feel the base of the ear if there is a liquid sound to it there is an infection. When you put the drops in, rub that area at the base of the ear to help the drops work. Do it softly because if there is an infection it can be tender. You don't have to put much in for it to work. A couple of drops and this cleans the ears naturally.
