My dog was diagnosed with parvo yesterday but she seems to be doing a lot better today and I wanted to know if she could get much worse even when I'm keeping up the treatment?

Pups with parvo usually get alot worse before they get better. When they get to their turning point you'll know it. I hope you are giving him/her plenty of fluids. Hydration is the #1 killer in sick animals. Pedialyte is a good source of electrolytes even if you have to force it down him. Good Luck with the pup! :)
