You both still love each other. She is not afraid, she is just saying that to cover the fact that she feels like she does not have a good enough excuse to justify what she wants. Give her any excuse to take you back and she'll jump at it. Help her with something, do something generous for her, buy her something she wants, fix her car, entertain her by taking her somewhere nice to talk things over (of course you will both know that "talking things over" is just an excuse to date as well, and it probably won't happen, but its a good enough excuse). Don't beg to her or anything. Good luck Mate.
