My fifteen year old son's father has full custody of him and he is getting a divorce and she has a restraining order on his father?

My son is refuseing to leave his step mom's house to live with me or his father and the police will not make him leave i have to get him removed by gaining custody so she has no rights anymore what can i do if my son is a problem once he is in my care and doesn't want to reside with me or his father and threatens to run away and causes grief what can i do with him can i have the police bring him to juvinile detention or a mental hospital is he is threatening to run away so he can get his head straightened out from all the stuff his step mother was putting in his head that isn't true and is causing my son to be disresptifull to his father and hate him i live in Wisconsin and i need to know if he can be brought by the police to juviniel detention or a mental hospital for help if he threatens to run away and not cooperate with the police when they go to remove him to put him in my care his father is giveing me custody so he can be removed from his step mother's care since she is married to him she has the right to keep my son even though they are getting a devorce until i get custody to remove him
if he still refuses to cooperate with the police removeing him can i just have the bring him to one of those places juvinile detention or mental hospital
