You are lucky. There is no exact age when these things happen. Everyone reachs stages in their lives at different times. You are only 15 and I don't think you should be worried. Just be patient.

Having no armpit hair is not uncommon at your age, and some men do not develop any at all. Just don't be embarrassed about not having any, it really doesn't matter.
