My husband had his prostate removed. A few days after surgery he suffered a heart attack. Is it possible that a blood clot formed from the surgery and that blood clot traveled to his heart.?

It is possible to develop a blood clot with many types of surgery, including prostate removal. Developing a blood clot with surgery becomes more common with age.
