My little girl got white out in her eye and i cant get it off her eyelid. any suggestions?

If it is on her eye lid only, let it dry and flake it off, DO NOT use anything other than soap to remove it, and use that only sparingly.
A previous answer suggested fingernail polish remover. Note that answer was removed. NEVER use fingernail polish remover around eyes, or other mucus membranes.
If the white out is on her eye, take her immediately to the emergency room.
