My lovebird is regurgitating her food. What could be wrong with her?

That is very normal!
Are you sure it's a girl? The bird is probably a male and wanting to mate. They usually feed regurgitated food to their partner, as gross as that sounds, and usually just regurgitate on cage items. It will stop pass, but happen again from time too time. If it's tame, don't give it a partner, as most of the time they end up becoming aggressive and focusing mainly on them, not you.
If you do, though, start the other in a different cage and slowly let them get used to each other.
