No, he doesn't have testicles anymore and that is where the sperms are.
a fully grown female horse is called a mare & a fully grow male horse is called a stallion
They still may have the urge after being fixed if the female is in heat, or goes into heat. Just because the male is fixed, doesn't mean he has lost the urge, or can't do it any more. All that has been removed is his nuts and sperm. Therefore, the male and female can still mate and get locked up, but can not get pregnant unless it is recently after the male has been fixed and he still has a little bit of sperm in his system.
male horsesif the horse has not been cut (meaning it can still reproduce ) it is called a stallion, if it has been cut , it is called a gelding or a male foal is called a colt.

No, a fixed male cat cannot impregnate a female cat because neutering removes their ability to reproduce.
Yes. I have a male dog who is fixed and everytime my female goes into heat, he mounts her and after a while, they become stuck together at which point, I intervene and keep them calm until they seperate.
A male goat that has been fixed is called a wether. Wethers are castrated male goats that are typically raised for meat production or as companion animals. Castration is done to prevent unwanted breeding and to reduce aggressive behavior in male goats.
A mature male horse is a stallion. If he has been castrated he is a gelding. A: a male horse is called a stallion unless it has been fixed. If it hasn't, then it is called a Gelding. -From ThehorseGal&advisor (HT editor)
Yes. Only the testicles on the male have been removed, not the penis. Penetration will still happen, as the male dog can still maintain an erection. There is just no sperm production. Indeed, neutered male dogs can maintain an erection, penetrate a female and actually achieve orgasm, and will "tie" with the female. Most neutered males are less interested in sex due to lowered testosterone levels, but still capable of all the actions. They simply do not produce sperm and cannot impregnate a female.
