My period was one day late then 5 days when it was over I took a pregnancy text that was a dollar it came out negative I'm 17 is that good cause I keep thinking that I'm preggs?

I would not trust a pregnancy test that was a dollar. I would either go to a planned parenthood for help or buy a better test in a store. Sometimes you may be irregular though.
