Why does my roblox account say I don't have an account?

I an having the same problem, on internet Explorer whenever I type my log in information, it just takes me back to the log in screen. I searched the web and found somone saying they had the problem, so they tryed logging onto Mozilla Firefox and it worked for them... I tryed logging in using the Mozilla Firefox browser and it worked for me to, I can log in, but I cannot play the games!!.

You may have to sign up for Roblox. Depends on your devise your using, on a Mac or any computer you have to download Roblox.

On a phone or an iPad you just have to download it! Once you downloaded it you should be able to play games!

Did you mistype your username? Did you type your password in correctly? If not make sure that you typed in both correctly.
