whenever i open up itunes it says that it isn't functioning and if it should tell Microsoft about the error. I already tried repairing it but still wont work!! someone please help! Oh i found it. if anyone else has this problem press ctrl alt delete. Go to the processes and look for something like ituneshelper. End the process and it should work. its not working!!!!!! You should definitely try uninstalling QuickTime. I tried this once and it worked immediately.
