My sister moved in to my house 12 months ago. I live in the Bronx of New York.Then she snuck in her boyfriend. Now they are refusing to leave. I am allowed to get marshall. My concern is what happens when they get thrown. Is there a place where they can g?

If you are the owner of the property or you are the signer of the lease, it is up to you who may live at the property. Sit your sister down and tell her that while she is welcome to stay (if this is the case), you cannot have the boyfriend squatting there. He is not your resonsibility. You do not need to explain why you are not willing to support the boyfriend. You might encourage her to choose a boyfriend who is capable securing his own living arrangements and then she can go live with him there. If she doesn't want to tell the boyfriend, then you are going to have to sit him down and tell him yourself. If he refuses, call the police and they will remove him. What happens to him or them after that is not your problem or concern. They are adults and they have to fend for themselves. You have extended yourself to your sister, and that is all that can be expected. If your sister doesn't care to abide your request, that is her choice and where she lives in then her own worry.
